
ABOUT CLEARLAKE TRAINING
Clearlake Training is a new local business providing on-demand personal training services throughout south Lake County. We offer house calls to clients in Clearlake, Clearlake Oaks, Lower Lake, Kelseyville, Hidden Valley Lake, & Kelseyville Riviera. Our gym sessions are located at CT Fitness within the Burn Valley Mall on Olympic Drive. Our team is passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and we customize each training session to fit the individual's needs. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and being accountable for their progress. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve your overall fitness, let us help you take your fitness to the next level.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Each client’s progress is tracked and their program is adjusted as needed to ensure they are getting the best results. Each training programs includes a downloadable fitness app, with software that can be used to assist in nutrition counseling and independent exercise plans. Additionally, we provide continual support and motivation so that each client can stay on track and reach their goals. With our help and guidance, clients can be confident that they are taking the necessary steps towards achieving optimal health and wellness.
EXPERIENCE
With over 20+ years of weight lifting experience, seven years as a certified personal trainer, and by designing over five thousand individualized in-person sessions, I specialize in helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals through a combination of strength training, cardio, and proper nutrition. I am passionate about helping people live healthier and happier lives.
